Pantera Press co-founder and CEO recognised for entrepreneur award

Pantera Press is thrilled to announce that its co-founder and CEO Alison Green has been named the “Most Dynamic Woman Entrepreneur from Australia Spearheading Change in 2023″ by APAC Entrepreneur Magazine.

The honour acknowledges Green’s commitment to purpose-driven publishing, a people-first approach in business, and her dynamic leadership style. ‘Her advocacy for empathy and emotional intelligence challenges the misconception that such qualities are liabilities in the corporate world,’ says APAC. ‘Alison’s unwavering commitment to authenticity sets a powerful example for aspiring entrepreneurs and leaders.’

Alison says, ‘I’m filled with gratitude and pride. Not just for the recognition but for the incredible journey it represents. Pantera Press has had great and sustained growth, particularly over the last 5 years – but the heart of our success isn’t just one person or a single idea. It’s a collective effort, a symphony of brilliant minds and passionate hearts.’

The award comes after Green was acknowledged early this month as one of Business Elite’s “40 Under 40,” a prestigious award program that identifies outstanding young Executives and Entrepreneurs in the world’s business and creates networking opportunities.

‘This recognition is a testament to our exceptional team,’ Alison says. ‘A group of individuals who blend creativity, dedication, and a relentless pursuit of excellence every single day. It’s also credit to our change-making authors, whose stories and insights inspire, challenge, and drive us forward. And a celebration of the meaningful charities and NFPs we help fund.’

Pantera Press was established by Alison Green and her family after witnessing the lack of accessible education during a 2007 trip around Australia. Determined to make a difference, Pantera Press has since emerged as a social-purpose publisher dedicated to creating positive change in the Australian literary landscape; supporting emerging writers, publishing books that matter, and funding charities and not-for-profit programs that aim to close the literacy gap.

Since its foundation, Pantera Press has contributed over $2.63MM towards the next generation of writers, readers and leaders. 79% of its contributions have been directed to programs working to close the literacy gap or to counter socio-economic disadvantage.
