BOOK PRIZE PACK: Promotion Terms and Conditions:

For your change to win 1 of 5 Rowland Sinclair Series Prize Packs, including a Rowland Sinclair tote bag and the first 5 books in the Rowland Sinclair Series per prize.

 

  1. Instructions on how to enter & prizes form part of the Terms & Conditions
  2. Entry to the promotion is only open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years or over. Directors, management, employees & their immediate families of the Promoter, its related companies, agencies, suppliers & participating outlets are ineligible.
  3. To be eligible to win entrants must email their contact details and answer to the question “tell us in 25 words or less what makes a great story” to Win@PanteraPress.com. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence).The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.Chance plays no part in determining the winner. The most creative 5 entries received are eligible to win.The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter shall not be held liable for any loss/damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered/sustained as the result of accepting a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  4. There are 5 prize packs to be won. The maximum prize value per person is $150 with a total prize pool of $750.
  5. Competition opens 1/4/12 closes 13/6/2014 at 5:00pm AEST. Entries must be received by 5:00pm AEST on 13/6/2014. The judging will take place on 16/6/2014 at the head office of Pantera Press in Neutral Bay.The winners will be notified in writing by email. The winners’ names will also be published online at www.panterapress.com. If any prizes are unclaimed, re-judging will take place on 30/8/2014 . The winners will be notified in writing by email. The winners’ names will also be published online at www.panterapress.com. No liability accepted for lost, delayed or misdirected entries.Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these terms & conditions all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured.
  6. The information requested in the promotion will only be used to conduct the competition in accordance with the Terms & Conditions. By entering the competition, entrants agree to receive ongoing correspondence in relation to book titles and new releases from Pantera Press. The Promoter will not disclose this information other than to contractors who provide services to the Promoter for the above purpose unless compelled or permitted by law.
