Ingredients

Raw banana prawns

Olive oil

Parsley

Red chilli

Minced garlic

Method

– Preheat mini office oven to the hottest setting available.

– Butterfly the prawns.

– Mix olive oil, chopped red chilli, minced garlic and chopped parsley together in a mug/champagne glass/whatever’s handy in the office. (We don’t really want to get too bossy with quantities – we just sort of freestyled to taste, and recommend you do the same.)

– Lay prawns on baking tray lined with alfoil and pour the seasoned oil over them.

– Place in oven and cook until the prawns look crispy, or until you literally can’t wait any longer to eat them because the garlic smells so amazing.

– Remove from oven and take photographs on your chic wooden chopping board:

We served ours today with pak choy (microwaved for 90 seconds) and brown rice (also microwaved in those nifty 90 second packets) – but in the past Marty has whipped up guacamole to accompany his prawns, which is delicious too.
